Good Morning Spring City Fellowship!

Pastor Joel will continue the series, “The Spirit-filled Church”.  His message will be “Filled with Glory” & Scripture is I Corinthians 9:1-10:

Corinth is the model for the Spirit-filled church. The two spiritual realities - the heavenly and the earthly reality were constantly clashing in Corinth. This series, the Spirit-filled church, seeks to answer the question, “What is the Spirit-filled church filled with?”

The glory of God is the sheer brilliance of His attributes -it’s His awesomeness! Everyone has a desire to be part of something really wonderful and important. However, living for the glory of God is going to mean surrender of yourself to God, letting go of your rights, your desires and your ambitions to receive His. It is going to mean committing to a process of transformation where you are shaped and molded into His image.  But, it results in our full participation, together with others, in something so much greater than any of us could do on our own. It’s all about the glory of God and living for His glory!
